What happened to Ani the Jail Guard?
Did they permanently remove the battle where everyone would come together every 30 minutes? The rewards were great, and it was so much fun!

Yes, they removed it. (This was quite a long time ago too).
You are still able to fight Ani and I believe you still receive the same rewards as you would before.
In order to fight Ani you must complete the LHC quests (excluding Von Leon quests).
