what should my f/p stats be?
my new level 66 f/p has
287 base int
50 base luk
should i add and more ap for my luk? if i cap my luk at 60 will is screw my up my f/p?

All I know is that less luk = better.
If you can manage with 50, go for it.
If not, try with 60 luk.
I have 80 luk. By accident Q____Q
