I would put Extended Magazine because the casting time for that skill is god slow... and it lasts the shortest too

I wish Nexon had a list a skills that don't work with the auto buff :S
@cherrypie28: I had sworn Feline Berserk had some sort of CD on it or was that CoTW? Pretty sure it restricted you from spamming it.
Oops yes.. Silent Rampage is however a Hyper Skill (which is not considered as a normal buff, doesn't get affected by Buff duration). So I think that would be it.

Okay the above post shows you that it used to have that, not anymore. It probably still has those skill properties that prevent it from being casted by an auto-buff gem.

Those two don't have cool downs.
