Which is stat is best dmg increase?

let say if I have 3000 dex is 6% dex stronger than 6% total dmg or 6% attack?

also is angelic emblem 3 lines epic with bonus pot 6% dex 4% crit worth 375mil

If your first assumption were true then I would have gotten more than 60 dex (6% of 999 rounded) on my character with max dex(999). So that simply cannot be.

Actually I think % is based off your base AND + bonuses (not %) from armor.
So say if I had base 999 and +301 from armor, then all % would be based off of 1300.

The 6% dex would only be based off your base dex and it really just comes down to the amount of attack and %dex you have overall. Usually %stat would be better though I think.
