This is false Alpha is not at speed cap.
Also even if you're not hitting caps on a zero Blue aura is still way way way better than red aura. Red Aura only gives you like 20-30 attack, Increasing your attack speed with blue aura easily out does 20-30 attack.
blue. if you hit caps then there is absolutely 0 reason to use red buff (except for status/element resist which i'm convinced doesn't even work half the time).
