What It Takes to do 200-300k?

I was considering making a Hero for quite some time now and I just had some quick questions about the Hero class since l've never played one in all my years of ms. I was impressed with a lot of the feedback the Hero community was giving new players and I was hoping I could get some too.
Okay so, like the title suggests, what would it take for a Hero to do 200-300k each line of IS at lvl 150-160? I currently have 56% Str and a 196 Att 1h Axe with 60% Boss and 15% PDR (No Nebulite yet). Is that enough to do 200-300k per line? Or should I just switch to a 2h Weapon for the increased range? All constructive criticism is welcome!
