How long did it take you to get the Cygnus Skills

I ask because i want to get flame gear on my I/L, I know you ahve to get the lunar dews and then the soul lights or whatever it is for Mages.

So here's my question: How long did it take (total) to get everything for your cygnus skill?

Also: Which should I kill to get soul lights (or whatever it is for mages), Ultra Greys or Poison Poopas?
