I'm not looking for an OS, i have my own already. I've heard that just with air it can OC to 4.4 GHz, and I was thinking about pushing it later when i get an after-market cooler. If i wasn't going to OC, what would you suggest as a mobo?

This is very good paper build. The only thing missing for an overclocking rig would be an aftermarket CPU cooler. You are missing an operating system if you need one. Some would argue that you can get a cheaper motherboard if you don't overclock, but I think that's irrelevant if you are going to overclock that i5-2500K.
