Cosmic Knockout reward - Didnt get chair
So I have been doing the dungeons everyday consecutively since Thursday December 4. On the eigth day, I tried to redeem the chair but I could not get it. Is it because you could only get it on the 7th day and I missed it? If so, now what do I do to get the chair?

I'm having the exact same problem, and at the moment it doesn't seem like Nexon has acknowledged the bug yet >.<
