i could only start the quest on one character...
the option to accept the quest isn't even there on my other ones...
i thought it's once per character not account?

i chose fire :[ on accident since it was first and i just pressed npc chat

Do the star quest for freud and then kill 999 monsters and you get to pick a new ring.

ice is actually one of the better choices, depending on your class and crit rate. i actually chose it for myself. :x

I chose the Ice element on purpose. It's actually very good being 10% min crit damage, especially if you have 100% crit rate.

Which one is the ice one? Because they're all fairly useful.

Yes, definitely. I would even uninstall the game.
