Maple Marathon Part 2

So, part 2 of the maple marathon came out and it's a bit confusing to me
It says to reach 2 profession skills to level 3
Sounds fine and dandy but does nexon want to profession skills on my newly created chaos character (lvl 30)
Or just any old character like my windian buccaneer?

I'm assuming it's the new chaos character but... Can anyone confirm it?
