The guy that says u need pdr is completly crazy
You must have a required amount of star enhancements on your equips to be able to hit the monsters in certain zones (those with a red portal).
I know it's ridiculous, but that's how it is now.
You need to enhance your equipment. You need at least 26 stars (which is really easy to achieve) to be able to do normal damage to the monsters there. Just read the patch notes for a brief explanation on what the star force enhancement system is and you're all set.
