Can you repeat the Olivia quest after youve gotten a chair?
I got a chair with my 20 dolls but I wanted another one and now he doesn't give that option. Is it once per character?

Alright, I was thinking that you could restart the chain of quests or something.
If he doesn't give that option, then no.
