Equipment HelpContemplating alot
I currently have 6 out of the 9 tempest quips (for my lumi btw) and Im deciding if I should continue getting the equips or get books instead cause id be replace a targa helm(int), a cape with 16int and 4 matk, and shoes with 4% int and +8int and I can't decide what to do cause the tempest set does give +5matk eachtime so can you guys help me out? books vs equips.
