It's a crafted average shield and no pot. I haven't seen it being sold so I'd like to know for how much could I sell it.

not much. any level 70+ shield will do the same job. ie. scrollable for attack and potable for %str, the downside with your shield is that you need a psok every time you want to trade it, making it far, far, far less desirable than most other shields.
