No it's not. Probably won't go past 150m. Those hot time scrolls have inflated, and that one, along with armor luk 60% seem to be the most popular. But they definitely wouldn't go that high.

Sorry to say but you didn't make much profit. The time it'll take to sell the scroll isn't worth the mil or 2.
i'lll put it in my shop for 1b and pray to the gods of selling scrolls that somone will missclick something and buy it
most ppl here are wrong i have never seen one sell for 100 mil mostly seen them sell for 30-50 mil
