Update: I got a pretty sweet deal on some 24% earrings. I'm currently looking for boots, but unfortunately I'll be broke after I buy them so SW will have to wait. I'm also no longer stuck on the emblem quest. Thanks for the advice guys

The emblem is the same for every explorer, so just follow this video to the dot. I recently did it, its not difficult but takes some time:

Oh, and in Ludi, take your time to find the correct portal in one of the quests(i wasted alot of time moving to ereve before i was supposed to and whatnot).

Also, many if not all of the quest is located in its own quest tab thingy. Its the one where its like 5 books ( i guess for each class form, bowman, thief etc.) I think its default at "0"? If not, just find something that sounds relateable and you should find it pretty quickly. Sorry for such bad explainations, im not on maple atm.

4. That sounds extremely expensive. I'm waiting as long as possible before I touch my bpots. I might change shields if I get rich one day, but I'm sticking with the prelude for now.
5. I'm working on pensalir gloves. A little bit less matk for being 100% tradeable is something I'm willing to cope with.

Thanks for all your input . My plan is now emblem/boots/earrings -> SW -> nebs. I'm slowly scrolling gollux day by day. I heard scrolling gollux costs around 2-3 bil in slates, but I'm only scrolling my ring + pendant. Still, I'll try and save as much money as I can for that.

I'm sure you already know most of this, but my initial impressions on seeing your gear.

1. Gollux should be scrolled then enhanced. Doesn't have to be perfect since you can always slate back later. You'll gain around 100-150 int from that, plus a few dozen magic att.
2. Good main potentials on your hat and top, maybe use some craftsman cubes on your badge for 3-6% more stat?
3. Emblem's definitely important. A legendary emblem with even 2 good lines will boost your damage by 20%.
4. After you get your emblem/boots/gollux completed, you'll want to bonus cube your weapon and emblem. Not sure if you plan on replacing the timeless prelude with a VIP shield.
5. You might be interested in High DIPQ gloves.
6. If you still have bonus pot scrolls left in the coin shop, using a few of them on your gear might luck into 2% int or 10 magic att.
7. 2% int nebs are reasonably cheap in some worlds. They would suit some of your 15% gear. Speaking of nebs, how common are 25% boss ones in your world? In Bera they're only 1-2 B.
8. If you plan on 12 starring equips, it costs around 100 M for 6 more stat.
9. SW eye and tat are actually quite cost efficient stat-wise. Many people sell 17% stat SW for around 1-2 B, which is roughly 50-100 M/ 1% stat.
10. The gollux 4 set is completely bossing focused. If you want regular damage more than % boss, you can delay buying the Superior Gollux earring.

The more screenshots/information, the better the advice we can give you.

It's like being asked to solve a puzzle and judge the final picture, where your screenshots are the pieces. We can fill in the gaps with our imagination, but it's going to be an approximation unless you give us everything.

That said, it sounds like you already have a good idea of what to work on, so if you want to fix those then get back to us later that works too.

I'd just wear it. Depending on the tier 21% unique could go for around 7-9b while 21% legend can for 8-10b.
Also is your weapon and secondary fine?

15-21% int earrings aren't 10-12 B. Actually, I'm willing to bet perfected 15% ones are under 6 B.

Just thinking from the budget, he would blow ~10-12b alone just in the earrings taking most of the budget away. Buying a 6% perfected costs ~4b and he can pursue the earrings later when he has more of a budget. That recommendation is based assuming he will only be receiving 12-20b and nothing else after a month-two month period.

I would disagree about the earrings. He's much better off buying 15-21% earrings directly, instead of buying 9% earrings and paying 3x as much to cube them up.

I would also disagree about the emblem, I think he should use a permanent emblem instead of the Oz one, since the Oz one has mediocre potential and can't get bonus pot.

Also, he should equip the gollux pendant now, since 15% is good enough.

He's accurately identified three main areas he should work on, completing his gollux set, getting his emblem, and buying tyrant boots. Information is kinda incomplete though, to know for sure we'd have to see screenshots of his gear.
