Casting speed question
I should know this by now, but I wanted to know if I've got this right:
Our default casting speed is (6)
Booster is -2, giving us (4)
dSI and IA are both -1, and having both gives us (2)
A MPE green pot is -1 and breaks the soft cap, giving us (1)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does this mean (1) the fastest we can hit on a regular basis? We can't hit the hard cap (0) even with all the funding in the world? I don't want to include a rune of swiftness because you can only use it for 3 mins with a 15 min cd (ignoring its uses in Gollux for simplicity's sake).

@funkyflame: Aha (:
Deffs can. I forgot about that.
I use SI as a self buff so often, I forgot it's an actual party buff.
@firebolt: Decent speed infusion
@natty2: is correct, can also be helped if you have Speed Infusion from a party member as it gives (2) while DSI gives (1). (This is the case, right?)
What's dSI?
That is correct. Can be helped if you have:
[*] Queen soul on your weapon (applied a speed buff)
[*] V (Speed) rune
[*] Battle Mage / Zero aura for attack speed
Bishops have the same starting point, but hyper skill "Righteously Indignant" that is also -1 attack speed, making bishops a nice (0) speed without the need of exterior help.
Bishop really are going to be the best explorer mage after the next revamp.
@yearn: Queen buff is 1 of 4; +Damage, drain effect, +HP, +1 attack speed. It is up for 100 seconds, CD of 150.
OT: Unless you have a class which can buff attack speed in your party, you're stuck at (1) at the best.
Oops yeah sorry used to saying 1/3 since +damage and atkspeed are the only 2 useful buffs for the most part.
