Terrible deal. Do what mazz said and sell the earrings or even keep them if you have a use for them still and make your own pants for a fraction of the cost.
You can make Unique 20+ ATT RA Pants for free, assuming you already have a pair of pants. Chaos/Incredible Chaos from the RED shop + Unique Potential Scrolls from attendance if you have those. Personally I'd sell the earrings for meso and make a new pair of pants.
I saw a RA thief bot for 3B yesterday, and I'm sure you could sell a 32% luk GEE for around 4~6B.
It's up to you though.
