Server problems asides I think content wise maple is more fun than years ago. Maybe even new players will stick around *hopes*

Even if you come back, you cant because of maples crappy servers
It's a good time to come back. Heck, I myself just recently came back. I'd say take advantage of whatever you can as soon as possible while events are still going on.
