Getting Your Account Back via Live Chat

I quit actively playing MS & bossing in 2012 and completely deleted the game in early 2014. Some time in 2013, I thought it would be a smart idea to create a new Gmail account simply for my MS account and three years later, I forgot the login passwords to both my MS account and MS Gmail.
I tried password recovery with Gmail, but I guess my brilliant 17-year old self back then didn't add any sort of recovery phone number or email. The only way to recover my Gmail info is through Google Recovery--which was a complete fail since I literally never touched the email apart from verifying my email with Nexon. In other words, I did not get my verification approved due to insufficient information.
I wanted to login to MS again at this time because I heard someone lowkey took my IGN, but moreover, would just like to revisit the game for old time's sake (anyone from 2007?). I heard Nexon has a live chat now but I wanted to know if anyone else has successfully reclaimed a lost password through that feature before.

Turns out I gave my password to a couple friends since my mains were bishop/kanna & I basically let them mule me. Fortunately, one was still close enough to me to give me my info, and all of them were unable to change my password/email (due to security question).
Unfortunately, someone had been pretending to be me for the years that I was gone.
But whatever. Thank you again!

Not likely at all that Nexon would just allow anybody to reclaim a password to any account.
So if you don't remember your email or your password, you may be out of luck.
