How much would this be worth in Bera?

Honestly it's only worth 4.5-5b tops (can go up depending on slot availability via clean slates, but 7 enhances is a lot...) if it has no/crap potential. If it isn't perfect, that'd also lower its value.
I'd say take the 8b while you can.
It would be worth the 12b if you could still use EE on those RA weapons or if you can get a better pot.
Sounds about right. There's a current offer of 8b on it. My friend's wondering if 12b is a reasonable price to sell it.
A LOT. Maybe around 8-10b? Not exactly sure though! Please correct me if i'm wrong.
