need help please (equips)

so here r me equips:
-dark falcon (rare)
-rex red earrings
-white gaia cape (rare)
-red arzuna
-spiegalmans necklace
-dark neschere
-green achina
-yellow belt
-red arnah boots

I need help on how to get good equips and % equips....im pretty unfunded only 17mil

EDIT: they are all clean..the dark falcon has +8 str as part of the rare thing (not sure what that is called im a noob when it comes to this)

EDIT: can you give me end game equips ideas.....and how should i scroll a overall and boots
