My new Ultimate Adventerer

Why can i not customize my skin color and eye color of my new ua? I swore that i saw a Youtube video and watching it and seeing that u were a loud to make your skin color different and your eye color? If i cant i am going to be a little disappointed, Also should i make a bandit or an assassin as my new ua? Any idea's why i cant customize those things? Or did Nexon just take those options out?
