Info: How to resolve most account issues! Hey basilers, I just wanted to help everyone out who is having issues regarding their account, in regard to the random bans/blocks from the recent exploit. I hope that there will be less of these threads, because I will hopefully resolve all your problems. Nexon is aware of the random bans that many of your accounts have suffered, though they have (at this point) been unable to go through each case, and unban all of you. If your account has been blocked, or banned, and you are 100% sure you were not to blame, call Nexon at (213) 858-5930 (Los Angeles), press 0 for their operator, then when you are greeted by the phone receptionist, tell her that your account has been blocked, and you are unsure why
A Tough Decision Opinions Needed ---- [b]TLDR; Version:[/b] I have a funded Level 200 Corsair yet my Level 150 Angelic Buster hits more with no funding. Should I make the AB my main? ---- Hey Basil. I'm in a tough situation and not entirely sure how to handle it, so opinions would be respected. I've played a Corsair as my main since pirates were released years ago and reached Level 200 in early 2012 after all those years. Along the way I had completely funded my character with a full Empress set, as well as eventually ending up with about [b]80% dex[/b]. This character is also [i]very important[/i] to me, I'm known by it online and wherever I play, and also when I was a [b]Nexon Volunteer[/b] (Intern) for a few months. [b]Here's the issue..
General Question About Recipes (Chaos) While I have a hunch that more is required then just a recipe to craft items after the upcoming update, but not sure. Anyone know if recipes merely unlock the item, and still require you to gather items to craft it, or if it instantly makes the item... Discuss.

Looking for old players with Beta Hats Hey everyone. This isn't a "can I please have a Beta hat thread" although I am curious regarding the amount of players who still have one. As all of the servers in "GAZED" came far after Beta, is there anyone that happens to have one that was transfered along with a character to Demethos (or one of the other worlds)? Smile, nothing is wrong! Yes, I know there are like a million threads open at the moment, discussing the abnormal delay in the server check, along with no responce from Nexon. I have no answer to that, nor am I going to troll. Here is all I have to say. Nexon is a trustable company, and yes they may have a horrible customer support, but still. I highly doubt they would tell us one think, and do the complete opposite. They told us that they were changing the game/nx/site settings, so that it is updated to Daylight Savings Times, and I believe thats what they're still doing. Random Damage 50k I've been noticing that my character MisterSair (Gunslinger), along with a friend's Outlaw are hitting random [b]50k[/b]s. The damage is completely unrelevant to our damage range, as I normally hit around [b]3k[/b], and she hits about [b]20-29k[/b]. I haven't noticed any other classes with this while training, but others have defiantly noticed it. The damage does in fact hit the monster, as it would randomly one-hit Jesters. Are any other classes having this issue, and if yes, is your character new (characters with the item sets)? [b]Discuss.[/b]
Christmas Tree Event Read: I know a lot of people have had mixed comments about the (hacking or ..glitching) at the Christmas Tree event. Demethos is really bad off. Regardless of if you think that all the -hacking- is just people glitching the map, your incorrect. Demethos is greatly under attack, and almost every single channel has a botting vaccer. EXP Loss From Ambition and Character Cards Question Hello Basil, I present you with a question. On my Corsair (Level 204), I currently have Level 64 Ambition which states "Death EXP Loss: -7%". At the same time, my Cannon Master's [S] character card states it reduces EXP loss by 4%. Would this mean that my Corsair would be losing 7% exp - 4% (meaning it would lose 3% upon normal death), or does this -7% + -4.0% equaling a reduction of 11%, so no experience would be lost at all? The idea of not losing any EXP at all for dying doesn't seem very likely to me, but I wanted to check here and just clarify what actually would occur. Appreciate the help!
