Skill books without sok?

If I could get some help here...

I've done a few boss runs, and I've come up with some skillbooks. Now, I can't afford to SoK them, so how hard would it be to find a buyer who would sok them, and would they be worth anything after that? Like, I have final cut and a few evan ones right now.
