Ign change question

So i bought a ign change for my hero on the 14th, expecting to get my hero's ign changed on 15th SC. After SC ended i checked and my hero didn't got the ign changed, so i thought "they didn't" change igns this SC"

But now i saw this on nexon website:

So they processed all name changes. Why they didn't change mine?
For the record i purchase the name change with my hero, and i tranfer the name change item to my hero cash inventory.

Anyone else still waiting for a ign change?
