What are the best skills to steal for a phantom?

1. Haste or MG
2. Rage or HB
3. HS and Cross Surge (When I'm training I usually use both)
4. Arrow Platter
I have
1. Iron Body/Magic Guard
2. Rage/Bless/HB/Heal
3. Cross Surge/Door/HS
4. Arrow Platter/Final Cut
Most common set up I hear from the ones I know is:
1. Magic Guard/Iron Body
2. Rage/Bless
3. Cross Surge
4. Platter/Thorns/ in odd cases the I/L bind for bossing I guess?/Bazooka thingy from Cannoners
EDIT: Forgot Channel Karma ^ think its better than Bless
Iron Body, Dark Sight, Haste, Magic Guard, Rage, Channel Karma, Hyper Body, Holy Symbol, Cross Surge, Arrow Blaster, Dark Harmony.
i do dark sight, rage, cross surge and that arrow thingie from bowmen for mobbing
-somersault kick
-meditation
-flame surge
-crossbones
