Cwkpq Reset Time Clarification

Ah, whatever. Anyways, I got a Question.
When does CWKPQ Reset.
I hear its 24 Hours AFTER the 2nd Run (Thus promoting 2 runs in a row on one sitting)
and I also hear a PQ doesn't count until you enter Bonus (sounds bogus)
and I ALSO hear it only counts until you enter Boss Room (Still sounds Bogus).
I always thought it reset after 12AM PST. (Would be nice if this is true. Is it?)
So which is it Basilers?
What rumor is true? Is there Fact?
Just WHEN DOES CWKPQ RESET? AND HOW?

What happens to 1Run PQers?
Every 24 hours only. Zakum resets at 12 am
