zero 2x quest booster
if i buy an 2x quest booster on my zero. can i transfer the same 2x quest booster to another zero? or delete the zero and create a new one, will i still be able to receive the quest booster on the new zero?

I am not sure about that, but if you were thinking of farming coins.... I remember reading on another thread earlier that you cannot gain coins once you have already accepted the chapter's coin box
