I got nexond

So yeah, I was playing one moment. Tried to log back in 5 minutes later and bam. Says to check website if you have trouble logging in. I checked and it said account was deactivated. After that, I tried reactivating it by going to my email. I don't use the one that is registered with the account that got blocked so the email was also deactivated. Tried unblocking that with an alternated email, which by the way, was also deactivated. So I filled out the questionnaire that Microsoft has for unblocking your accounts but I knew so little information because I did not know it that it just an automated response saying that I should them with more info. I sent a ticket 2 days ago, with no response. What do I do? I missed my effing unleashed stuff cos of this. T_T
I know I posted this before, but I want to know how long they take to reply to tickets and whatnot. Or if they do at all.
