a lot of people are making paladins now why? 3rd job build what to max: co, cb. skills to leave at lv18: flame&blizzard charge, shield mastery, magic crash

Just leave everything at 2 less than max level except CO and CB which you max.
Leftover points go into whatever you feel would be most useful.
