Is Hobs Pq glitched?

I tried to enter with a party, and in the last map where you talk to the green dude, he keep saying something like "you are not the same ..." and won't let us in. I had this happen before and we just remake the party and it would of worked, but yesterday we remade the party like 3 times and switch leaders and its still the same.
