Is %stat based on base stat or total stat?
Say if I have 1000 base INT, 2000 INT with equips and I equip an item that gives 10% INT. Would I gain 100 INT or 200 INT?

ohhh.. Ty for thread, even i had same doubt.
so. if i have 1000int + mage top give ( +100int(non-pot), +100int(pot)) + 10% int.
does total equal = (1000+100)*(1.1)= 1210int? and potted stats don't count right? ** 1.1 for 10% **
based on total.
Say, you have 100 INT, and you have 1 equip with +100 INT, and 10% INT.
It's calculated:
(100+100)*110%=220
Stats from equips(flat non-potential ones only), MW and base stats are accounted when it comes to %stat potential. So if the sum of those is 2000 int, a 10% int potential will give you 200 int.
