Nice for I/L mage... 2s cooldown on Frozen Orb, but why do people want to spam that... ok
Good for Bishop too... only 1s cooldown on Heal, SPAM4LYF... Heal amount +20%, why not
and the sweet +6%int and +16int... just make it more beautiful

This is real, I have the first power line in my hat and I would like the bonus bonus line but I am not very sure if it is possible in Bera, would you please confirm it?
