It would be helpful if you put the model number of that laptop. But comparing an entry level laptop and a high-end gaming laptop, you should be able to do it by hitting Fn+NumLK if you have a keyboard layout with it's own dedicated numpad. It will be Fn+Delete if it doesn't.

I'm assuming you are trying to take a SS on Maplestory with Scroll Lock, btw. If you are talking about taking a outside of MS, then you will need to press the Print Screen button and that will "copy" the image of your screen on to your clipboard allowing you to paste the image to an application like Paint for you to save.
