I happened to meet someone who sold me a +8 fafnir risk holder with 70% spell trace, no hammers used, epic but bad pot

Is it tradable though?
That's really cheap considering the price of clean risk holders is still about 3b+.
I'd say at least 3.2b, 70% spell traced isn't the most desirable scrolling, but they can innocence it and it's already epic.
Considering cleans are like 2b, pretty good deal.
