Once it tele's you to mulung go to the right most of the map. There will be a monkey( wukong) and some other animal with a hat f3. You cant miss it though.

Very easy to attain, the quest should be in your light bulb. It is a mu lung quest where you choose between two dojos. The skin is attained after doing 3 tasks for the npc.
