Yes I can't log on my NL but can on my other 4 characters

One of my characters also has a 'Having trouble logging in?" error before disconnecting.

@cris1000: Yes, this is exactly what happens. I livechatted one of the GM's and he said they are currently investigating the problem since a lot of people are having the same issue.

My brothers aran gets the 'Having trouble logging in?" message after the pic is entered, then maplestory dc's soon after. Other characters seem fine, but not sure why this is happening.

Looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. Haven't checked all my characters but so far I can't log into my DB or Kinesis.

@zroh Nothing yet. I was in livechat for quite a while and they went on my account etc. Still can't log onto some characters but I am at least not tradeblocked for now. GM said that a lot of other people were having the same issues, and that they're investigating it and there should be some official statement soonTM.

Any update on this issue? I can't log in on my Kanna.

@daevan https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us log in and there is a chat option in the bottom corner. But it's really backed up, guessing a lot of people are having issues.

Yeah, i'm blocked on my phantom. I can log onto my other characters just fine, however. Came to basil to write this thread but I see it's been made

Same. I've also been tradeblocked twice. Got released by GM in livechat first time, he said it was a system error. But then I got kicked after trying to log onto other characters, and now I am tradeblocked again. :<
