Help me please, maple doesnt work

Hello Maplers.

I'm having a problem with Maple since a few days:

1.- The GameLauncher doesn't show up. So I can't even press Start.
2.- The page doesn't open Maple. Pressing Play button doesn't work.

What I've tryed is:

1.- disable Firewall - Didn't work.
2.- run as admin - Didn't work.
3.- compatibility mode - Didn't work.
4.- disable antvirus - Didn't work.
5.- Task Manager ( No BlackCipher or anything of Maple found ) - Didn't work.
6.- Restarting the PC - Didn't work.

Also I can't reinstall it because when the download finish, it doesn't do nothing. Europe MapleStory works fine, so I don't know what's wrong Q_Q.
Help me please, and sorry, english isn't my main lenguage ;(

I sent a ticket earlier about the crashes, I got a reply from the GMs. Hopefully this can help you

1) If you have problems with the patcher, we suggest downloading our manual patcher from our "Game Download" section at http://maplestory.nexon.net/

2) If all you see is a black screen or you get disconnected every time you enter the game, browse to your MapleStory folder and run the "Setup.exe". You will be prompted with a question. Click NO and the setup will run through various frequencies and attempt
to find one that works for your monitor. When you see the MapleStory image during the test, press ALT-H to notify the setup that you are able to see it. Outdated video drivers can also cause this.

3) In the event that you have Windows Vista, please right click on your MapleStory icon and select properties. Once in the properties, click on the compatibility tab, check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:", select Windows XP
(Service Pack 2) from the drop down menu and click Apply. For best results, make sure to log on your computer as an administrator. While this solution will help MapleStory function under Windows Vista, please remember that it is still not fully compatible.

4) If you created your account at http://www.mapleglobal.com, you should be using the Official MapleStory client. We license out MapleStory to licensees in South Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Europe. Because we must protect
our licensees' interests, we must block users from those licensed regions from playing on MapleGlobal servers. If you are trying to play MapleStory with a game client from an area mentioned above, you won't be able to play MapleStory Global.
