Question on Blood Mask
So this has probably been answered quite a new times now but: can you obtain a blood mask, or any of the items if you create a jumpstart character and get it to level 90?
I want to make sure because when I started my Jump Character, Gaga said i could get to 90 to get the item. Thanks in advance!
