What Is Funding?
Is funding referring to the amount you paid for your equips?
Or is it the current market value of all your equips?
Does it include untradable items? (Ex. Require PSOK, Disabled when equipped)
Is it based on one main account or all accounts?

funding is how much it's cost to make that character, basically. a character that you just levelled up and use looted equips on would generally come under the 'unfunded' range
a 'funded' character would be one that does noticeably higher damage than most others at of the same class and level i guess
the 'fund' comes from the value of the equips on that character; you may value that sword you DIY'd yourself, but if it's only +3 out of 8 slots, most other players would see that as a horribly done sword, thus it's value drops.
simply put, its the total value of everything that would make a character do more damage, put into mesos
funding in maple is a term to used to describe the money and equips reserved for a new character. like buying a knuckle or pirate equips now for eunwol in the future.
