CoG/ICoG Affected By Diliegence?

Straight forward, are CoG/ICoG affected by diligence?
I'm gunna be using with lucky day scrolls.

Chaos Scrolls have never been affected by Diligence. The same applies to Potential, Enhancement, Clean Slate, and Innocence Scrolls.

I believe special scrolls are ones that aren't affected by lucky days in the first place (aees, potential scrolls, etc) so it should work.

Dilligence does not apply for special scrolls..

Dilligence only applies for crap scrolls such as :

10% , 60% and dark scrolls [30% boom or whatever]
