1. get 25 coins from doing ranked mode, then quit
2. buy the belt that gives 100 exp.
3. if you can, fuse it with another belt to get more exp, otherwise just drop/npc
repeat 1 to 3 until you have enough.

Pet skills are great since they're permanent when applied

You can transfer the pet skill. I just crafted one and put inside the Cash Shop. But you should transfer over your pets to make looting coins easier.

@hualicious: Oh, thanks for that advice, haven't thought of transferring pets over. I'll get back to you on the anvil as soon as I log on

the transparent items are most likely CS items, since that's what it says in the event [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/events/in-progress/00IeY/enter-beefy-s-kitchen-7-22-9-15]notes[/url]
i wouldn't be surprised if pet skills were untradeable.

Well let us know if the Transparant items are actually items (can be used with anvil) or CS items (can't anvil). And are you doing this event on your DB? If yes, you could collect coins on a different Explorer character and get the remaining pet skills, I think you can transfer the pet skills but otherwise you can just transfer over your pet.

maybe they're just easy to make - or easier than the other stuff in any case.

I don't know about other people but the pet skills have a super long cd and I have so many left over coins that I might as well craft them

It would make more sense if it last 1~2 months, but 5 days is a joke. Perhaps some people didn't read and found out they expire after they crafted them, who knows.

Same reason why people buy NX clothing? Its just a free way of doing that, involving a lot more work though

I actually was wondering the same thing, they seem useless.
