I just got back from a long break...
and made a new WH...
I wanted to get snow white but i missed it.
so can anyone tell me what time does jaira spawn BT or EST time post alliance?

I think the coupon is usable until Nov. 15, but the quest to get the coupon is gone.
get to level 70 and do all the job quests. when you finish the job quests, do the alliance quest chain to get the white jag.
what level are you able to get snow white now? when the event was going on, it was like 15. but now i tried to make another one, and nothing.
As mentioned above me , you can obtain the snow white jaguar till November 15th.
