You could also try using a fortitude potion to increase your max hp to a little over 30k. Being able to take a dr hit and not hesistating takes a lot of time off too.

@Darkstar764: I think Cleansing Potions do work against seduce (never used one, but I don't see why they wouldn't work). Using that and Octo'ing would be the alternative way of killing Munin, although it would sort of come down to luck on getting seduced.

Ive duoed him with a phantom that just revived me so im sure we can solo it its just a about timing DR

As PlayThatMelody said, it's definitely much easier now with UoP and that extra line on Bucc Blast. The major time consumer during a PB run for Buccs is the lack of a long range skill that does good dps against Munin and Hugin. With UoP and the reinforced Bucc Blast, it's much easier to kill the owl statues in a shorter amount of time. As for tips, use Stimulate when Hugin is first summoned, and use UoP every 8 seconds. Other than that, attack PB during every DR cd. Stepping away and SSK'ing during his DR also helps a lot, just make sure it doesn't hit him when he walks towards you.

I managed to finish one before Hypers so I'm fairly sure it's doable as of now. I don't think there are really any tactics except for precise timing of PB's DR and making use of every moment you're able to attack.
