Lets say he has 800. 800x 0.02 =18 luk+ That's quite a lot for a LUK helm. You can't scroll for luk helm, only chaos. So that's pretty good. Also add on the 2 % int for mages. This is a really good helm also because of 3 lines of potential.
Why would you cube it when it is already good you greedy people.
