App Crash on Maple

Well... I wrote a ticket to nexon about my problem (I'll include that circle jerk after what I need information on...) and it seemed like they were gonna help me but as usual they just closed my ticket without helping at all. For I think... like 2 months now or maybe 3 already whenever I start maple it works fine, then I log in and select a channel and its still working fine but after I select my character and enter my pic, either the screen just goes black and says I am disconnected from the server or it lets me log in for like 10 seconds but if I move or talk or anything maple just crashes and I get this

Really I enjoy maple and have played it for many years so this irritates me. I have Windows Vista 64 Bit andd some other stuff about my computer that may or may not be useful

I have windows vista 64 bit as a operating system-Intel core 2 quad processor Q8200-ATI Radeon HD 4350 graphics card w/ 512 mb dedicated to graphics memory, DVI and HDMI-8GB DDR3 system memory-750 GB Hard DriveThe only Firewall I have is windows defender, and maple isn't blocked by it.I use AVG antivirus, Spybot Search and destroy, Malware bytes anti-malware, Advanced SystemCare and Glary Utilities (perhaps one of these could be conflicting with it.

After waiting for like 2 months for nexon to answer me after last patch they told me that it should be fixed which it was not but I had the option to not accept the solution and give more details and I did that and then today I came home from work and my ticket was closed and they basically just told me to run as admin (which I have already done) and closed my ticket that I have waited 2-3 months for help.....
