i wanna get another set of nx before the perm thing is gone lol so if u can give me some outfits suggestions it will be nice too

Royal Hair NPC in Henesys hair salon and it's like EXP (not the EXP npc).
The # of tries depends on your luck ;o
As for the outfit, have you tried making your own? Try making our own outfit and post it here, then ask for suggestions.
