I agree with only the first point considering 20% pdr for most people isn't useful and we have one of the fastest teleports in the
game without peno. But it is true vol doesn't get much uses till 150 but you won't be maxing it till that point, same goes with penombre.
I usually used penombre to steal buffs not only for bosses. But for the most part I use vol a lot more then penombre, I usually use rapier
instead though i've been told penombre is better, it just doesn't feel right to me. But it is quite useful at magnus and vellum. Well just my
opinion since I like vol a lot more then I like peno~

@wingless666: yeah but you never use vol'daime til level like 170+ lol so same thing as you said for penombres PDR

Penombre can be used for
- mobbing
- PDR (even if its low and short duration, can help at quick bosses like commerci and gollux)
- an instant teleport

Vol'daimes only uses i've encountered are hillas reflect damage buff and anything that puts up protect from physical damage which is far less a situation you encounter than the uses penombre has

Vol is by far one of your best bossing moves and is quite useful in maps where mobs buff themselves,
tempest is good at small maps and zak/ht but those bosses aren't so important. Penombre you won't
use probably since the only bosses that it's useful for is endgame bosses. Even then using it at some
bosses could kill you or save you so that's something to note. I've tried using it on gollux and my damage
goes up by like 200k so meh~

it also works like a teleport but most people don't use it for that lol

Penombre pretty useless, only good for training on maps like roids. I would only use it on bosses that have PDR (Hilla, Pink bean, gollux, etc)

I never use Penombre, EVER since there's better skills to use to train. Max MW first.

i would max MW first then penombre,
but penombre is a really good skill overall.
